1. General

These Terms govern your use of the Level Alert service: the website and the Telegram bot (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Igor Shatilov, Ukraine ("we", "us").

By signing in to the website with Telegram, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not sign in to the Service. You can view charts without signing in.

2. What the Service is

Level Alert is a monitoring tool: you mark support and resistance levels on the chart yourself, and the Service sends you a Telegram message when the price touches or breaks through a level.

The Service is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or asset manager. The Service does not accept or hold your funds, does not execute trades and has no access to your exchange accounts. The Service uses only public market data.

3. Not investment advice

No messages, charts or other materials of the Service constitute investment, financial or trading advice. Cryptocurrency trading involves high risk, up to the total loss of funds. You make all trading decisions on your own and at your own risk.

You sign in with Telegram. The Service has no separate password.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for access to your Telegram account: whoever controls your Telegram can sign in to your Level Alert account.
You can sign out in the profile menu; there you can also download your data and delete your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

automatically collect data from the Service (scraping), or bypass rate limits and other technical restrictions;
create artificial load on the Service or interfere with its operation;
resell or transfer access to the Service to third parties;
use the Service in violation of the law.

6. Availability and accuracy

Market data is provided by the exchanges (Bybit, Binance) and belongs to them. Delays, gaps and errors in the data, as well as outages of the Service, the exchanges and Telegram, are possible. We do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered on time or delivered at all.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties other than those expressly required by law.

7. Price and advertising

The Service is currently free. Paid features may appear in the future — they will be announced in advance, and payment terms will be described separately. Advertising may be shown on the website.

8. Trademarks

Bybit, Binance and Telegram are trademarks of their respective owners. Level Alert is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, including lost profits and trading losses, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, delayed or undelivered notifications, or errors in market data.

10. Suspension and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time with the "Delete account" button in the profile menu. We may suspend or delete an account that violates these Terms. Inactive accounts may be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

The Terms have a version and a date (shown at the top of the page). When they change, the website will show a "We updated our terms" window; until you accept the new version, you cannot add new watches, while everything else keeps working.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the operator's country (Ukraine). We first try to resolve disputes by correspondence; if that fails, in the manner established by the law of that country. This does not deprive you of the rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
